Shops on Miner Street
Located in historic buildings on Miner Street in beautiful downtown Yreka, our Hospice Shop offers a wonderful assortment of gently used and collectible items, while our Heartisan Boutique sells beautiful, handmade goods. Both shops are staffed primarily by volunteers allowing all proceeds to support the Madrone House.

The hospice shop
As one of Downtown Yreka’s longest-running businesses, The Hospice Shop has prided itself in providing quality items and excellent customer services for more than thirty years.
Offering a variety of gently used and collectible goods, this shop is a wonderful place to find quality clothes, shoes, jewelry, furniture, books, housewares and some medical equipment at very reasonable prices! All goods are donated and the shop is operated primarily by volunteers which allows for all proceeds to support The Madrone House.

If you would like to donate goods to The Hospice Shop, please do so at The Hospice Shop Donation Center at 210 W. Center Street, located between US Bank and Tri-Counties Bank.
Unfortunately, due to government regulations, we are unable to accept microwaves, computers or computer parts, toys of any kind, children’s furniture, or sleeper sofas. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 530-842-6025.

If you would like to donate to the Heartisan Boutique, please do so at the counter. We can only accept handmade items or materials at the Boutique, but any other second hand goods can be donated at The Hospice Shop.

Heartisan Boutique
The volunteers at this shop are amazingly talented. Concerned with growing landfill problems, these volunteers are committed to salvaging donated items that would otherwise be discarded and transforming them into little treasures.
The Heartisan Boutique offers an array of unique, hand crafted, one-of-a-kind, and “made with love” items. Quilted blankets, crocheted children’s sweaters, knitted socks, wall hangings, pillows, scarves, aprons and so much more. Stop in and say hello!
