*Breakfast Club - 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month at 10AM at the Purple Plum. 
A group for people who have lost.  While the group does not focus on the loss, they do offer companionship and friendship.

*Alzheimer’s Awareness - 2pm on January 25th at the Yreka Community Center.
Raising awareness of the symptoms and what it takes to care for an individual with Alzheimer's.

*Grief Group - 12-1:30pm each Friday from February 3rd through March 9th.
This group helps provide the participants with the tools necessary to cope with their loss in a supportive and compassionate environment.  This group is free of charge, however, we do ask that you call 842-3160 to enroll.
