Madrone Hospice staff and volunteers are dedicated to providing “quality compassionate care” for our patients and their families - body, mind and spirit - through illness, death and bereavement. We also work to educate our community about end-of-life care, loss and grief. Your contributions help to support and expand Madrone Hospice services and are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Madrone Hospice In-house Care Fund:
The Madrone Hospice House was a gift to our community, made possible through generous donations from individuals, organizations and foundations.
While hospice services are provided at no charge to patients, the Hospice House charges room and board to help cover the cost of 24-hour professional care. We encourage you to designate your donation to the In-house Care Fund to help support patients and families with limited resources. You can help to ensure that the comfort of the Hospice House is available to everyone who lives in your community.
Commemorative Opportunities:
Memorial and/or general donations may carry commemorative opportunities. For specific levels of donations, a commemorative leaf may be placed on our Madrone Tree Sculpture:
- Tin Leaf - $200
- Copper Leaf - $500
- Gold Leaf - $1,000

Sustaining Fund/Memorial & Recognition Wall:
With a cumulative gift of $5,000 within a three-year period, you may have a 12” x 12” granite tile engraved on the Memorial & Recognition Wall. This gift will go directly into a board-directed Sustaining Fund to ensure the future of the Madrone Hospice House.
