Hospice

Our hospice team of nurses and social workers partner with doctors to provide care and support to patients and their families in their home. Our goal is to manage symptoms and control pain, reduce fears and suffering, and provide comfort both to the patient and their family.

Medicare, MediCal and most private insurance companies provide a Hospice Benefit which, in addition to home visits, allows us to provide medical equipment, supplies and medications related to the terminal diagnosis at no cost to the patient.

We also provide limited respite care for caregivers, continuous care and  inpatient care as determined appropriate by the hospice team.
