Madrone Hospice staff and volunteers are dedicated to providing “quality compassionate care” for our patients and their families - body, mind, and spirit - through illness, death and bereavement. We also work to educate our community about end-of-life care, loss and grief. Your contributions help to support and expand Madrone Hospice services and are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Commemorative Opportunities

Memorial and/or general donations may carry commemorative opportunities. For specific levels of donations, a commemorative leaf may be placed on our Madrone Tree Sculpture:

• Tin Leaf - $200
• Copper Leaf - $500
• Gold Leaf - $1,000

Memorial & Recognition Wall

With a cumulative gift of $5,000 within a three-year period, you may have a 12” x 12” granite tile engraved on the Memorial & Recognition Wall. This gift will go directly into a quasiendowment to ensure the future of Madrone Hospice.
